A:  Monument Technology Group targets the Financial Services, Real Estate, Legal and Search industries due to a vast range of experience in these industries.  These are the industries  that Monument Technology Group brings the greatest value to our customers through real-world, hands on experience. 

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Monument Technology Group was formed at the beginning of 2013.  The Monument Technology Group team has been servicing the SMB technology market since 2004.

Q: How do I know I am getting what I pay for with Managed Services?

A:  Number one, Monument Technology Group is selling trust and user experience.  We will never do anything to jeopardize this.  On a quarterly basis, we will formally sit down to review the services and make adjustments to the program you are on.  On a monthly basis, an executive reporting package will be presented to your team to review all key statistics and health of your IT environment.  The real test of managed services will be in the pudding -  a reduction in end user downtime.

Q: How many candidates do you have in your pipeline for specific skill sets?

A:  The Monument Technology database will typically have 10 candidates identified for the major technical areas to meet any rapid placements.  In addition, we will post any role to ensure that we are putting the best and brightest forward for your business.
