Our Leadership

          Robert W. Kirk, Jr - Managing Partner, Monument Technology Group LLC

    Mr. Robert Kirk is a founding partner and Managing Director at Monument Technology in Hingham, MA.   Previous to founding Monument Technology, he had a successful career with Fidelity Investments in Boston.  Over his 15+ years at Fidelity, Rob served in a number of leadership roles specializing in network, server and end user facing technologies.  In addition to his experience at Fidelity, he has successfully managed his own hands-on IT consulting business, specializing in mid-sized search and financial services firms in the Boston area.   A part of his portfolio, Mr. Kirk has hands on experience with Cisco routing, switching and security, Microsoft core products such as desktop and server OS, email and retention, web and database technologies and mobile solutions.  Utilizing much of the experience that he has gained in large enterprise IT strategy and management, this mix has afforded Mr. Kirk deep product knowledge and technical experience while staying current with small to large business needs and solutions.  Previous to Fidelity, Mr. Kirk held the position of Network Engineer at Nine West Group in White Plains, NY focusing on infrastructure-based services.

    Mr. Kirk holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science from Fairfield University.  He currently resides in Hingham, MA with his wife, Wendy, and their five children.  He is active in his community holding appointment as a founding board member of the Hingham Community Access and Media company and as a coach in Hingham Youth Baseball
